Feb 22 - painting, riding, painting

That was my day. The den railing is finished, mostly. The only part not painted is right down to the carpet because I intend to remove the carpet and put down hardwood floor.

As expected, I rode south to Merritt Island. I could never really get away from the wind, which was mostly from the west and, while at times was a cross-tail on the way back, that wasn't always so. Riding from NASA to Titusville, however, was straight into that wind -- a great workout !

I now have Christie's frame, kind of a purple-pink, and need to get at reassembly. Finishing touches in the bathroom are also awaiting my pleasure.

It looks like Sandy went shopping again, since we have yet another selection of pictures for the bathroom. When Sandy is shopping I can see the results on my credit card updates -- almost as many, almost but not quite, credits as charges. Somehow the charges always surpass the credits !

While watching TV before dinner we actually had rain. It's the first real rain that we've had since we got down here.

We had shrimp for dinner last night along with green beans and rice. The shrimp were as good as ever, fresh-caught locally.

Tonight we're supposed to go to the Harris's, two doors down, for dinner. I guess that I'll have to wear a shirt with a collar. Rats.
