Feb 28 - an ending of sorts

The Saxon house is empty.  Katie and Jason were finishing up their move-out.  Sandy went over late in the day yesterday and found it spotless.  The buyers had their walk-through later in the day.  No news is good news -- we close at 9am today.

I did ... what did I do ?  ... I worked out with John.  I sanded the little dresser that Sandy is refinishing.  I did some computer things.  I picked up and applied round-up to the back patio.  If I left it any longer, it would need mowing !

I did more exercises.

We met with Vic at 4pm to discuss the kitchen reno.  He'll be updating his sketch.  Jeff has provided numbers for the tile work. 

Assuming that all goes smoothly with the closing, I'll ride this afternoon.

Is that it ?  There's probably more.

Oh yes, for the last couple of hours I've been squaring things away for the Granite Anvil registration, since the pre-registration period ended last night. Emails have gone out to lists of people and I've updated the web site. 

That's all I can think of ...

There's orange in the sky.  A new day is dawning.
