Apr 6 - time for a short one

... a short blog, that is.

As you might expect, yesterday was a quiet day. I did, however, get out and do some more work on clearing the Brazilian Pepper. There is an amazing amount of the stuff.

Equally amazing is that I did not have a nap.

Sandy had an acupuncture appointment early in the day and I believe that's all she did other than catch up on some reading and going for a short walk. It was supposed to be a longer walk but it was so windy that she thought she might get hit by flying debris.

Abby rested, other than the aforementioned short walk.

We watched some Stargate SG1; we snacked; we had tilefish for dinner, good as usual; Sandy watched a rented movie. I don't think that she's renting enough movies to keep Blockbuster from going under though, from what I see in the news.

What didn't I do ? -- I didn't clean my bike. It's still perched on the repair stand sans wheels. That's how lazy I was.

That's it ... today I'll go for a ride ... I'll go west for a change, since the wind is coming from that direction. It's one of those *windy* days with wind speeds advertised around 25mph. It will be a struggle but I'll bring a sail for the trip back :).
