Jul 16-21 - have we hit three yet ?

 Don't things come in threes ?  Why is that ?

First there was (is) my bike frame.  I know, that was a while ago but since it's not solved yet, I'll count that.  Now in quick succession we have two more. I need to count the bike so that there isn't something else about due. 

I went to start my chainsaw yesterday and no-go.  Further research / dismantle / testing and it needs a new ignition module which is an easy part to replace ... once you have a replacement.  The trouble is that the saw that I bought in 2014 has had its ignition system upgraded.  The MS362 is now MS362C.  The new module is chip driven yadda yadda yadda and I'm having a hard time tracking down a replacement.  There's one in Canada with Stihl somewhere out west.  Great.  It's not cheap either, like 15-20% of the cost of a new saw.  Great again. I also found one online in the US and there are clones coming from China, mailed from China.  Since those are 1/5 of the cost of the Stihl version, I've placed an order.  I do not have a lot to lose.

Sandy's heading to see Joyce and have her teeth cleaned.  Well ... she didn't get out of the driveway.  Click, click, click.  I figured that it was the battery but no.  Click, click, click.  The battery is just about to die but even with a new one with jumpers and/or jumped from the X5, click, click, click.  It looks like the car needs a new solenoid or starter.  That may be the cheapest part of getting it fixed.  Towing to Arnstein will be just as expensive.  I've got a call into Booth.  Daryl has retired.  

So it's lucky that Kim has a car.  I don't.  I do have a bike.
