The internet is down. It was up when I got up at 1am and put wood on the fire, lights blinking away. I didn't have my glasses so I did not check the signal strength at that point.
Now I've got 16. Expect this to post around noon.
We expect to leave around 8am with our first stop, other than bio and gas, in Oakville. Sandy's already finished her food shopping so when we get back to Barrie with Megan we'll have to make the following stops:
-- her house
-- Home Depot for a cut-off wheel for my grinder for David
-- Princess Auto for a few metric sockets
-- David's store
-- Toys R Us -- Sandy and Megan shopping for Megan's birthday present.
Somewhere along the way we'll eat lunch and dinner, unless we get away soon enough to have dinner in Parry Sound, which is a possibility. I've packed a ziploc sandwich bag with Abby's dinner.
We'll be crowded in the car. Three girls, luggage, Abby, hockey stick ... space will be tight.
Oh -- orange sherbet was much better last night. I didn't have whole milk so I used skim with some 35% cream added, probably coming to the same % cream. What I did differently, however, was use half the milk and no sugar. As a result it was tart like sherbet with a strong orange flavour. Ah yes, that's sherbet !
