Mar 20 - no rain here !

Well, we eventually got some thunder / rain just as night fell.  Jason said that it rained on and off in Ormond Beach earlier in the day.  We got lucky.

That said, I still didn't do anything outside.  I exercised the shoulder on and off.  I did things on the PC -- yes, a major operating system upgrade, moving my Ubuntu Linux from 10.something to 12.something.  VMware didn't upgrade cleanly so I had to reinstall that.  Otherwise, it was an easy 2-hour project.

Sandy ran around picking up some things for Zoe -- high chair, sleeper, etc. She got some pretty good deals, especially on the high chair from a consignment shop -- $30 -- and she gets $15 back when she returns it -- great ! 

It was Kim's birthday, so we gave her a call.  Stef's birthday was two days earlier and we talked to her then.  Tis the season -- David, Jeffrey, Stef, Megan, Lauren, Kim (hope that I'm not missing anyone !)... then we get a break for April. 

It's a cooler one today, high in the mid 60's.  Jason et al are coming over and he, Kim and I will go out in the little whaler with Abby, assuming that all goes well.

We had a Granite Anvil conference call last night.  We watched some Law and Order before that and had dinner, of course.  The flounder was good with sweet potato and peas.

I think that's it ... but I'll remember something right after hitting "publish" !
