Mar 25 - odds and ends

I did go for a bike ride, north into the wind and south so-so with the wind.  I'm feeling sluggish, not sure why.

I had a few well-placed phone calls ... plumber -- where's my quote ? ... stair contractor -- where's my quote ?  doctor -- prescription for MRI ? ... I guess that was it. 

I also talked to Bonnie & Jim and emailed some pictures to her as they are about to work with a new realtor. 

The contractor is waiting for numbers from his metal fabricator; the plumber was out for the day; the doctor gave the script to Sandy, since she was going in for her annual physical.  Now I have to schedule the MRI and make an appointment with the Orthopod.  I need to know what's going on in there.

We had flounder for dinner, good as always.  I cooked a full turkey breast in the a.m. and had a sandwich for lunch -- this is something that I'll do again.  Of course it will go quickly with the gang here -- they arrive today.

Sandy did more cleaning and running around, picking up food for Abby was on her list.  Abby got her walk, as always (the new always).

A couple of days ago I did an inventory of my bike parts and have just ordered another cassette, bottom bracket, brake pads and cleats.  I've already ordered gels.  I'm getting stocked up for the summer.

Today will fly by.  I'm picking up the gang at the airport and likely going to Costco on the way.  I've got John at 8am.
