Jan 28 - pizza night

It was time for something simple.  We invited Harris and Debbie over and had pizza for six.  That was the end of the day.  As usual, we had a good time with them.  Tonight we have Bev and Bruce coming up from Sebastian.  Unfortunately Carol and Alister can't make it because he's golfing today, or at least he was supposed to be golfing -- the weather is terrible in Panama City, so perhaps not.  It would have been good to get more cousins together, but the six of us will have to do the best that we can.

It might be a zoo.  They are bringing Paco with them.  Paco doesn't see many dogs and tends to, ahem, stick his nose up every other dog's butt ... or perhaps that's just Abby ?  Ha.  If things are too busy we'll put Abby and Sandy-doggy into the bedroom.

It was a beautiful day for a ride yesterday.  Sunny and warm, wind from the southwest, so I rode south.  Today is quite the opposite with the internet saying 46F and the high predicted around 50.  Hey, at least it's not "light snow" like Panama City or ice as in many other southern states.

Sandy's brake parts are due to arrive today but I probably won't tackle those until next week, since it's calipers, rotors and pads.  Jim and Sheryl need new rear pads on their Santa Fe and if the weather is OK, we might do that today.

Otherwise ... not much.
