Jun 20 - almost ready

I'd better be !  We leave within the hour !

We drove from Dublin to Midleton yesterday, via Waterford.  We didn't stop to see the exhibits or the retail store, it was simply a good route, more scenic than simply driving on the Motorway.

Much of the trip south to Waterford was "off road" -- i.e. that M road was built after the date of my map, which is prior to 2010.  I purchased that map for the Miglia in Italy.

Close to Midleton we stopped for lunch and then Sheryl & Jim headed to their B&B, which is on the ocean and we headed to the Midleton Park.   Our room wasn't quite ready yet but by the time I brought a bunch of luggage inside, we could move in.

Shab was the first person we saw when we got to the hotel.  They'd arrived the midnight before, having had a delayed trip, 24 hours in an airport, but of course she looked great just the same.  Hamid was attending one of the briefings, the 2pm version.  I did some organizing and then attended the 4pm.

Sheryl and Jim came over around 6:30 and the six of us went to dinner.  We laughed and we laughed ...  it's alway that way with Hamid.

Now ... I have to get dressed !!!  and get stuff into the car.
