We had lunch with Wayne and Doris; Doris finally over that nasty Chemo and on the mend. She fed us lunch, a delightful mixture of pot stickers, salmon, shrimp and soup, all mixed together. It's my kind of cooking - let's see, what do I have in the fridge/freezer that can be thrown together ? Great !
It was delightful to visit; time inside, time outside, great weather and good friends. It's been too long ! We need to pause more when we get to the Philadelphia area; we have so many friends here.
In at noon, out at 4pm, we were back to the Reading Thompson's place around 5:15. Dinner with the gang and then off to bed; me before Emma ... typical.
Today; nothing much on the agenda except that J&S are going to have a date-night tonight and we'll somehow manage with the kids. Sandy's thinking that we'll take them to Red Robin, but I don't know ... could be tough !
