It was a walking day, even more so for Sandy. Walk the beach (Sandy walked further than me), walk to the closed Lavandaria (obviously didn't know it was closed when we set out), walk for lunch, walk for dinner, walk walk walk. I think that Sandy's iPhone recorded 8.5 miles which has to be an exaggeration.
I gave up on doing my own laundry and gave the few pairs of underwear and socks that I'll need to the hotel service. I have no idea how much it will cost - more than wine ?
We are here another day and then head to Mestre (Venice) for our flight back. I repacked the big bag so that's ready although I might tinker with the packing again.
