Oct 31 - relocating !

Two things --

We relocated three large-ish hibiscus plants from the back garden to up against the neighbor's fence.  They look great ... hope they survive losing a significant number of roots ! 

... and we went to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge to have dinner with Pam and Steve Raper; first time we've gotten together with them as a four-some since 2008, I think, in Conshohocken PA.  A long time.  There was a lot to catch up on, I was very interested in hearing how Steve is using his law degree (he's a surgeon who belatedly took a law degree and was admitted to the bar).  Doing that is a tall order !

Lisa came over and tended to Cassie, feeding her dinner and no doubt getting an enthusiastic welcome, to say the least.  She was very happy to see us in the evening; she's not normally left alone that long.  She brought a ton of her toys into the living room to me; wanting to play.

I just got off the phone making dentist (cleaning), dermatologist and annual physical appointments.  I've been meaning to do that for weeks; finally done.  In fact, the dentist had a cancellation just before I called, so I'm heading over shortly; kind of messes up my riding plans for the day but I want to get in there.  As usual, if I leave it too long, my gums start bothering me, irritation from buildup.
