Mar 27 - Animal Kingdom

What a day.  Sandy's watch recorded 15,000 steps.  Matthew and Zoe must have walked 30,000 steps.  Not only that, but they stayed awake until we got home at 8:30 pm.  I was sure that they would fall asleep in the car.

The only difficult moment during the day was when Zoe wanted to go on Everest  again.  Matthew was too short for that ride, so he and I went to The Lion King, and stood through the entire thing ... yes, standing room only ... for a 3-year-old !

It really doesn't get any better.  Over the last year with our grand-children, we've had many happy times.

There was a sad note yesterday, however.  Lorraine Davies' Mom passed away.  She'd had a massive stroke a couple of days earlier.
