We're both heading west. Sandy boarded the train to Lugo at 9pm yesterday. It's a 12 hour ride. She was hoping for comfort but it's like airplane seats with more space.
For my part it was back to Cal Ball, Lisa the car, have a glass of wine and hit the sack. I actually slept fairly well.
I'm now in La Fuiola, car still at Cal Bal, awaiting the tide start. From an expected < 25 riders that grew to 35. They all look like they can do 350k and get some good sleep. I've got something booked at 300 and little chance of reaching that point before the reception closes at 10pm.
However, what will be will be. I may be snoozing in doorways. Ugh.
My bike is loaded up with stuff for three days. No doubt more than I need of most and missing others. I'll be highly tempted to toss expensive stuff ...
Onward, I hope !
