So ... we were supposed to stay with Neil and Anne when we were here in Perth, before and after the ride. Then, realizing that we would be arriving late on Friday, we opted to get a hotel by the airport. Then, when they came back asking if we wanted to go to the farm, because they had be be there, we looked at where the ride-related activities were going to be and considered the 5am start and decided to get a hotel in South Perth for three nights, Sandy would then set off on her touring while I rode. We would see Neil and fam on Sunday afternoon, returning to our hotel for the last night.
Then ... Annie's plans changed and she is off to London on Tuesday, gone for the rest of October. Apparently their daughter Maya needs her. Boyfriend left. Neil, Charlie and Georgia will still be home but Neil has to work at the farm next weekend. So ... not sure now. We'll head to the house in Perth after the ride & touring, getting there Thursday night. Neil will head to the farm Friday night and so could we ... or wait until Saturday ... or not go at all. I'm thinking that we might just go out for the day on Saturday, wander Perth on Sunday and then catch our close-to-midnight flight to Hong Kong & Tel Aviv;
We don't have to decide now ...
Logistics - the farm is about 1.5 hours away.
Onward ... Albany-ward at this point. I've got to leave here, our hotel, in about 30 minutes to head for the ride start location.
