Nov 17-22 - time passes

We were on the road for part of that time, the 20th to 22nd.  From NSB we made it to Rock Hill SC the first night, Binghamton NY the second and then onto Hemmingford on day 3, arriving on the 22nd.  Along the way we had a short visit with both Linda Wilder in Lexington VA and Frank & Nancy Tetz in Saratoga Springs, NY.  Linda is reconstructing their barn after a total loss fire and F&N are preparing for Frank's surgery on Dec 10. Alec was in CA where he's CIO for a company.  Both he and Linda fly back and forth.

Before that ... hmmm ... we went to Epcot one day, meeting up with the Davies and I rode the next.  The weather was cool, but not as cool as here in Hemmingford - around 20F this a.m.  Traffic was heavy most of the way north but the roads were clear.  Still, I'm happy that I've got my snow tires on.

Jeffrey, David and Vanda were here when we arrived yesterday.  While we were eating dinner, Wayne, Mary and Mark arrived.  Today there is a visitation in the Fire Station followed by a service at the church.  Tomorrow there is a family gathering for internment.  Sigh.

It looks like Sheryl will come to Florida while we are in Thailand.  More on that as plans firm up.

Onward.
