May 11 - officially a bug

I got a call from Penny at the hospital lab yesterday a.m. to say that they'd sorted out my missing results.  I checked the patient portal and they weren't there yet, but hey, these things only update overnight.  This morning I checked again and interestingly enough, my May 2 visit was repeated but neither had the three missing results.

Ok, next stop = Medical Records.  I went there this a.m. and the lady from Wednesday remembered me and she started pulling up my results while another handled the forms.  Sure enough, "No Result" was still listed. 

I still had yesterday's call on my phone, so they called the lab (1 block away) and eventually got Penny on the phone.  I'd guessed that perhaps there's a migration issue but was told no, we're looking at the same system.

They then did something quite unusual -- over the phone, passed on the three results, wrote them on the printout and officially registered me as a bug.

I did not ride yesterday, rather did some things around here -- organized my spare bike parts to bring north, took Cassie for a run on the sandbar and some other odd jobs getting ready for the trip.  I also had many many RUSA emails and a Randonneurs Ontario call.   Today, Friday, I'll ride.

It's going to be a cool day, only hitting 93F.  I'd better internalize some of that heat for next week ...
