Jun 15 - rainy day stuff

On the trainer for 1/2 hour, really regretting not checking the weather and getting out the day before.  Ugh.  There's tapering and then there's stopping.  Italy is going to be a bear !

I've found that with my software upgrades, in particular the Plex Server, the old Sony Blu Ray's don't connect anymore.  Roku 3's are going for cheap, under $50, which works for the basement but not upstairs as the Sony TV up there doesn't have HDMI ports.  That TV is approaching 20 years old ... perhaps it's ready for an upgrade ?  They don't make 'em like they used to ...

I did start organizing stuff for Italy, a little.  There's lots to do on that front.  I also caught up the RUSA transactions on QuickBooks and got the Litespeed ready for a ride hopefully before I got to Italy.  I'll shortly be breaking down the travel bike and puzzling over that packing.

I'm not renting a car this time, have arranged airport pickup.  I'll probably also arrange return with the hotel; we shall see. 

Today we head to Toronto, picking up Lauren on the way and meeting Kylie downtown.  Sandy has made dinner reservations.  After the ballet, Kylie will go-train back to Hamilton and we'll return to Barrie.  Cassie will be visiting with Mya in the interim.
