Stef and Aaron arrived in time for lunch and soon got their SUPs in the water. It was a bit windy but not too bad. Stef had planned an early am paddle today but it looked yucky so she went back to bed. That turned out to be a good plan - it's raining heavily now.
David and Vanda should be on their flight to Edmonton by now, 7:25 am.
The $50 quadcopter that I bought at Christmas has been getting a lot of use - first Jeffrey and later David and Emma. Jeffrey dunked it yesterday so we're hoping that it's ok.
Oohh - really raining now and no internet service.
We had burgers and corn-on-the-cob for dinner, a relatively easy meal but of course nothing's really easy with a big gang. This is when the dishwasher catches up with its relatively light use.
Jason was replacing his hot water tank yesterday; the old one is really old and occasionally popping breakers.
I've got to get organized today for a 200k that I'm doing tomorrow out of Vaughan. AFAIK there are two other riders including Dick Felton.
Onward. !
