Emma waited patiently with Sandy as her parents got their basic Segway instruction and then we headed home.

Emma got to pose for a picture later though -- but she's too small to actually go for a ride !

I, on the other hand, did go for a ride first thing in the morning, heading out on SR44 to where Pioneer Trail meets 44 and then back along PT, Turnbull Bay Road and home. It's a nice cruise. I'm seeing more of the area on the motorcycle than I ever did in the car.
Otherwise, it was another quiet day. Jeffrey and Sara, with Emma, went over to Walmart just before dinner to get some sort of device so that Sara's engagement ring would fit her finger until it gets re-sized -- I guess that I didn't say that they got engaged on Friday ! I was a bit confused by the whole thing, thinking that they'd been hiding the ring (a la David and Kim) but it was just my misunderstanding -- Jeffrey had bought the ring but gave it to Sara on Friday. They have not had a chance to plan a wedding date yet.
We had pork loin for dinner, good as always.
Today we plan on boating. It's supposed to be over 80F with scattered thunderstorms. I'm counting on said thunderstorms being scattered around us, not on top of us. We plan to eat at the SYC during or afterwards, depending on how it works out.
Today is their last day here. With a mid-day flight tomorrow, they'll be out of here fairly early tomorrow. We, on the other hand, have 3 full days, 3 full days that will zoom by. I have to leave shortly for Mass ...
Onward !
