We made it to Annot France along twisty turning clinging-to-the-side-of-the-mountain roads. It was a wild ride through canyons, not for the faint of heart.
Today was also a day of missed opportunity - we drove by l'Alpe d'Huez and I didn't get out my bike ... Didn't even drive up. Sigh. Next time perhaps.
We are in a cute hotel that's probably the best so far, including the STQ Novotel. We are staying here for two nights and will explore Cannes and the coast from here. Hpoefully the drive to/from won't be too bad.
