Dec 1 - time to adjust my watch

... which says Nov 31. Well, it doesn't actually say Nov, just 31.

I went for a ride in some of the strongest winds that I've ever experienced. Time and time again, on the trip south, I had to fight to hold the road as the buildings' wind tunnel effect changed the direction that I had to lean. A heavy rain that I'd seen east of me crossed my path before I got there, thank goodness, leaving the roads wet and potentially slippery as well.

Before the ride Christie gave me a workout. Sandy had her turn as well and then headed for Orlando to shop and pickup Marda. Shortly after I got home so did they.

For dinner we had Panko encrusted Mahi Mahi. This is now one of Sandy's favorites. We also tried roasted green papaya, which is almost like acorn squash. It's actually kind of bland. I'll try it again, but spice up the insides some more with tomato sauce perhaps, barbecue sauce maybe ... hmmm. Green beans and rice completed the picture.

... and that was basically our day. Abby's was more boring because she was home alone. She did get a treat later though as I gave her an empty peanut butter container to clean out.

Today ... don't know ... I'll go to the gym now to start mine.
