That was my day. I scanned the kids school photos.

It was raining heavily in the morning when Sandy and Kylie left, bound for Barrie. Sandy dropped Kylie off and did some grocery shopping, returning about 6:30.
I also went into town, picking up the mail and a couple of other things. Included with the mail was my new rim. It turned out to be a very good deal shipping it here -- $34 and no tax at the source, no duty, no HST -- bingo ! It wouldn't have been much cheaper to mail to Florida !
Now I have to give my existing rim a good going-over to see if it will last the Granite Anvil. If it doesn't seem to have deteriorated any more, I may leave it for now.
That's about it. Oh, we had pork chops for dinner with potatoes and beans.
Today, hopefully, a bike ride.
The first of the Granite Anvil pre-rides is underway, started at 4am. I have to talk to Dino's, the caterer for tonight as well as the Midland motel, to ensure that all's in order.
Onward ...
