Sep 25 - hope this is coming together !

I talked to Luke Webb the plumber yesterday and he'll be coming over on Tuesday.  I cut a hole in the wall by the fireplace -- a peek hole -- to see where the drain dives down into the concrete and it doesn't, or at least doesn't at that point.  It must head down somewhere behind the dishwasher or stove.  I won't be able to determine any of that until we clear out the cabinets.  I'm anxious !

Speaking of which ... I exchanged emails with Patrick, the fellow who has purchased the cabinets and granite and at this point he wants it all.  He has no idea what he's getting into. That worries me.  I've had a couple more queries from the Craigslist advert which probably makes six in all. 

George helped me move the den shelves and desk into the front bedroom, so that's where I am now.  My temporary office doesn't have quite the same view but I am facing the sliding glass doors.   It could be worse !

We also moved the dining room table and living room couch into the bedroom.  It's a good thing that it's big !  Sandy will have to start loading up the carts with kitchen stuff today and see if we need another.  They'll go in our bathroom.  Lucky thing it's big !

George and Geri took us out to The Grill at Riverside for dinner.  Naturally George chose the wine.  Naturally that was a good choice.  I had the citrus half chicken, which was interesting, but the citrus flavor was in the accompanying risotto and veggies as well, or at least it had permeated such and so there weren't  the contrasting flavors that I was expecting.   It was good but probably not something that I'd order again, if I remembered ! 

Back at the house we said our farewells ... they head to the Tampa area today and stayed at the coach last night.  We had a good time !

Today ... biking and then will tackle something ... not sure what, but there are things to do !
