Dec 4 - it's payback time !

Yes, I can hardly get to blogging about yesterday because of the flood of Facebook messages this morning !

Anyway ... yesterday was an outside day, mostly.  I went through two cans of deck paint but I'm not finished.  I've got to lay down at least another can and probably make a dent in another.

I also changed the oil in the X5, continuing my prep for the trip north.  I did that after I made a run to Sam's place to look at the railings and talk to him about installation.  They're painted, hanging and drying.  The plan is to install this afternoon.  Let's keep our collective fingers crossed !

Sandy went into Orlando to do some clothes shopping and came home with a bundle of stuff ... and Marda :).  I'd like to say that the shopping was a side trip but judging by the number of tops and pants, I think that Marda was the side trip !  One of these days I should do the same, throwing out most of my pants and shirts and jackets that don't really fit me all that well anymore.  Either that or I should grow an inch and put on some weight.

The weather is beautiful but we can't go boating yet.  Today Sandy is cooking; it's turkey time.  Harris and Debbie are going to join us.  Tomorrow Sandy has a hair appointment.  Saturday is the latest plan.  I hope the weather holds !  It's supposed to stay nice, highs in the low 80's and winds from the south, through Tuesday.  Marda picked her time very well !

I'll go for a ride today, early, so that I'm back in time for Sam.
