Jan 14 - rained out ?

Well, not really.  There was this huge green cloud on the Doppler that was all around us but we never got much more than a brief shower.  I probably should have gone riding.  Of course, a mile south of us and I might have been drenched for hours.  I'll never know.  Today I'll be riding.  It's cooler but clear.

What did I do ?  Well, I did some minor electrical work, more organizing, got generally caught up with my finances etc.  It was another man-about-the-house day.

Sandy went out shopping and exchanged my pants and shirts that she'd gotten me for Christmas and shopped for purses.  She does the latter once every 10 years, or so it seems.  She hates shopping for purses.  They last her a long time as a result.

Oh yes, I did some barbecue cleaning.  The bars that disperse the gas, big heavy things with millions of holes, are separate in this Jen-Air.  Most of the holes were plugged and I had four hot spots on the grill.  I was able to use a fine drill bit and clean it all out.

The grill cleaning made for good mahi-mahi later on.  Rice and peas completed the picture.

We watched some more Good Wife and Law and Order.  Later I fell asleep in front of Fringe.  Such is life.
