I cycled again. With any luck, I'll get out today as well. I'm making up for missed days !
80F yesterday; 82F today. Yeah.
There's not much else to report. Sandy did some house prep because we've got some of our contractors coming over this afternoon for a drink and snacks. As usual I've got lots to do on the computer, some things useful, somethings simply passage of time. We watched a little Olympics. We had triggerfish for dinner.
David and Kim are waiting for the written offer via their real estate agent. That's supposed to happen today. Then the countdown to close starts.
