Mar 18 - Stef turns 40 !

Wow.  She's one minute older than she was the previous day ... such a big deal we make of birthdays !

Apparently she did have a great day though ... a milestone of sorts ... she made a presentation at a local school about developing an edible garden.  The Principal bought in and now she's going to work with the teachers.  It's the first time that she's sold something, in this case her ideas, in person.  That's not an easy thing to do.  It's a real confidence builder.  Congrats Stef !

We, David, Kim, I and the lawyer, got something off to Cadet in the morning.  I went off on my bike ride and while I was out, our lawyer received a voicemail from the Cadet lawyer and all seems well.  They'll talk today and no doubt we'll get an update.  Things are moving along to unwind this franchise.  Good.

I did some more with syncing the i-devices.  I've installed Google Apps synch, which is supposed to keep Outlook email, calendars and contacts in synch with Google.  I'm not using it for email though.  I setup the synch for calendars and that seems to work.  So far so good.

I did run into an oddity though.  Last night gmail stopped updating my iphone.  Sandy's ipad and iphone were unaffected.  I did some online research, since it was still an issue this morning and ended up deleting and adding the account and then everything started working again.  Glitches.  Great.

I now have appointments to take in Sandy's car for the rust spot fix (Monday) and the SUV for the door lock issue (part is now in hand at the dealer) and the A/C oddity.  I asked Kelly, the Service Rep, about the fog lights because I'd noticed one or the other coming on.  Sure enough, one will come on with a sharp turn for curb lighting.  They make things too complicated; just something else to go wrong.

Nothing else planned for today at this point.  I should probably get going and take some pictures of the Lynskey because I'm preparing to sell it whole or in pieces.  I want to build up a new rando bike and this one isn't getting any use.

Anything else ?  Not that I can remember.

Onward !
