Out relatively early, I exchanged that rim/tire and then headed to Winter Park to Performance Bike. I picked up a few things -- lube, some GU Chocolate Outrage gels on special, a couple of jerseys since I need to retire some old ones, and some new shoes. I took back the ones that I'd ordered online but never wore ... hope these ones work. I will try them today.
Before heading out, I'd taken Abby for a walk. I took her for another walk around 8pm since it had "cooled off", relatively speaking of course. It's certainly hot and humid here now.
I did some packing, starting to get organized. I did some more this morning.
I also "packed" most of the outside furniture, i.e. brought it into the house. The only things remaining are the small table and chairs right outside the kitchen.
The whaler boat battery is now in and the whaler secure. I just did an ant/insect spray around the perimeter of the house.
Little by little ... still haven't decided on whether I'm bringing two bikes or three !
