Nov 5 - new rubber

I guess that the most significant thing accomplished yesterday was getting the new tires installed on the M5.  They were in the way in the garage.  Unlike 2006, Tire Kingdom was able to handle them.  In 2006 they wouldn't touch them, I found someone else who couldn't get one of the rears off the rim and sent me off with a broken valve, soon a flat.  That time I ended up having BMW install the tires.  This was definitely cheaper !

TK tells me that they'll price-match Tire Rack and that with installation and shipping, they come out cheaper.  Ok, I'll have to remember that.  Perhaps they'd also price-match something for the X5, since I have to get snow tires & rims before we head north for Christmas.

I did spend a bunch of time yesterday working with CCN on the Sunshine 1200k registration site and idd a little more puttering in the garage.

The weather continues a no-rain, great weather streak.  Please let it continue !

I grilled some chicken breasts for dinner; Sandy roasted potatoes and sauteed zucchini.

I went back to the gym this morning but my stomach and other muscles rebelled ... I'll keep at it.  This is the same as last year.

Onward ?
