Nov 4 - yes, I voted

... doesn't look like it bought me much !  It looks like most of the country has gone red.

After voting, I hit the road on my bike, heading south.  The wind was mostly from the East so I had to contend with a cross-wind most of the time, but that's ok.  Variety is good.

There don't seem to be any lingering effects from the 24 hour stomach-something.  I'm still thinking that it's something that I ate, even though we ate the same things.  Flu never comes and goes that quickly.

I know that I'll have cramps again tomorrow because I just got back from the gym and gave my abs a workout.  I needed to have one set finished before incurring another otherwise I wouldn't be able to determine cause and effect.  My stamina is way down on many of my normal exercises ... sigh ... perhaps I'll learn one of these summers and keep up with exercises at the cottage.  I've got the equipment; it's too convenient !

Sandy hit the gym on Monday and will be seeing Jessica today.  Good for her.

I chatted with Bonnie and Jim on the phone; sounds like their move is well underway.  The big issue now is the actual movers and will the cottage get snow that will mess up the move.  I suspect not, but that steep driveway of theirs could be a challenge for a truck if there's snow on the ground.

We had flounder, sweet potato and green beans, well into the routine now.  The night before we had our standard shrimp, spinach and rice dinner.

Onward ...
