Nov 3 - a one day thing

It was definitely a one day thing.  I had some lingering stomach cramps in the morning but by noon I was feeling fine.  Very strange.  Perhaps I ate a bad mussel at Disney ?  Would that take 24 hours to affect my stomach ?  Who knows.

At any rate, I took it easy yesterday, painting the closet and doing some web work.  Sandy worked in the garden, she's almost finished the weeding now.  She's way ahead of last year but last year we had a lot more going on -- Jeffrey and family, then George and Geri then construction ... !!

Big boats continue to head south, many worth well more than both of our houses put together, no doubt.  Money on the move.  I expect that in many cases it's their captain moving the boat; the owners fly south.

The weather has improved significantly.  It's almost 70F at 7am.  That's my kind of weather.

I worked a bunch on the Sunshine 1200k yesterday, budget, registration site and logistics, web.  The interested list is running close to 160 now; we'll see how many survive once I open registration and ask for money.  How interested are they really ?

Today is election day.  Hopefully there will be no more calls from Bill Clinton.  I'm getting tired of that guy.

I talked to Carol yesterday.  Her problem was the modem.  I don't understand why Bell wasn't able to diagnose that.  Her laptop wifi could "see" the modem but the modem wasn't allowing the connection due to some issue with its power cord ?  Perhaps the transformer wasn't putting out enough voltage for it to maintain a connection ?  Odd.

Hopefully I can ride today after getting my vote out of the way.
