Snow that is. Lots of it. A good 10" anyway.
I went back and forth to Britt without any difficulty although Osprey had a good build-up. 522 had been plowed as had 69, which was simply wet. By the time I came back, 69 was the same, 522 had more accumulation and was squishy, Osprey was the same because there'd been traffic back and forth by various people, but a good 6" accumulation anyway.
David headed out right away and I followed him to 522. He had no trouble. He emailed later that 69 was really bad around Parry Sound, so much snow that he was too worried about getting stuck to get off to pee. We've seen build-up like that; it brings to mind our trip from Vermont to Radnor in the 540i that had summer tires, way back when.
It continued to snow, accumulating a bit more. Sandy, Abby and I went for a walk down the lake, getting as far as the cottage that the Carters had sold to the people from Stumpy Bay -- it's getting to be a real musical chair business here, or refresh/reboot, depending on your definition ! We chatted with him for a while. He'd had a crowd up who had left that day. The Carters also lost part of their crowd.
Otherwise, not much. We got organized to close up. I've now got to start moving things up to the car. It's -2F outside, by a smidgeon the coldest that we've had ... time to leave !
Destination, today, Erie PA.
Onward !
