Aug 31 - addendum, more pics

The view from our balcony yesterday.  When we left, we drove down to the public beach to look it over; rocky with a patch of sand and a little restaurant, it reminded us of California.

 Not nearly as busy as Barcelona; I suspect that the summer has just ended because there was a lot of room in the outdoor terraces.

Some golden oldies here.  Anyone fancy a port from the early 1900's ?

Only a 20mm lens can make the room look spacious, but it was nicely done.

Bathroom fixtures are always interesting in Europe, interesting and varied.  We've seen a couple of versions of the huge square showerhead -- no water restrictors here ! -- and the straight-at-you water jets.  This one had the added attraction, for Sandy, of a fold-down seat.
