Hop, skip and jump. We did learn one thing - 485 west around Charlotte is a good thing. Temp actually went below 50F at one point. Lucky thing I had my snow tires. Warm, dry roads, sunshine most of the time.
Diesel varied from $1.63 to $2.79 per gallon, quite a spread. Cheaper in the south of course. Doing a calculation to Canadian $ per liter the low end comes to 61 cents per liter, not too bad; $1.05 at the high end.
Tomorrow we cross the border and then to dentist, what else, at 4pm. We have hotel reservations downtown Toronto, hope to pick up a few things at the St. Lawrence Market before heading north. We'll see how all that works out.
