Mar 30 - a real legs workout

Squats, squats and more squats.  Squats on the BOSU ball, one side up and then the other side.  Squats with bar-across-the-shoulder weights.  Squats with weight held to chest, reaching back squats.  Elbow, elbow, hand, hand pushups.  Mucho stretching. I was dripping ... that's the worst part about these workouts.

What to do next ?  Well go for a bike ride, of course !  Gotta work out all those squats !  How many people would do that much in terms of leg workout and then bike for five hours ?

Actually, there was a brief period in between during which I picked up the orthotics.  I'm wearing them now.  Just like my cycling shoes footbeds, the left one feels problematic, but I don't walk in those shoes, much.  I'll follow their break-in process and see how this goes.  Break-in as in break-in my feet, of course.  The orthotics don't change.

David, Kim and Megan were off to Universal so it's lucky that we had two other vehicles ... the M5 and the Harley.  It was also lucky that it wasn't raining !

Sandy picked up flounder for dinner and we dined well as usual.  We dine well almost all the time. 

Today we're supposed to go boating.  We'll see how soon the gang gets up.  We were both in bed last night before they got home.
