It was pretty much an around the house day. That said, there were some notables --
Emma got out on her bicycle a couple of times in the cul-de-sac, starting, stopping and riding on her own. She hasn't had a chance to do any riding at home so this was a first. She was gaining confidence as she rode more and more, even standing up at the end. Great !
Zoe rode on the little three wheeled plastic bicycle, also a first. Matthew just likes the freedom to run around.
I took Matthew and Cassie for a walk; Cassie is getting much better at walking with the stroller, not pulling this time.
Emma and Cassie and I took the Skiff out, giving Cassie some running on the sandbar at the south causeway. There was a group of people there from another boat but Cassie paid no attention to them.
The gang had done a lot of walking at Disney. I think that Sara's Fitbit recording between 7 and 8 miles on the one day. That's not surprising as I know that I'm always tired after a day at Disney. That was really something for Emma, who walked; not as much work for Zoe, who rode in a stroller.
The bikers are everywhere. The weather is conducive and even waking up in the middle of the night, I could hear motorcycles. I'm looking forward to riding my bicycle by Main Street in Daytona Beach.
I think that's it ... Onward !
