Mar 6 - more around the house !

That's the way it goes.

I took Emma over to Walmart and got her a new helmet - she'd grown out of the old one, which now fits Zoe.  She spent a ton of time on her bike around, around and around the cul-de-sac, the sidewalks, the driveways etc.  Across Riverside, she now has a friend who was visiting her grandparents.  Ella is 6, but taller than Emma.  Her grandparents pick her up after school, so we may see her today (Monday) and tomorrow as well.  The gang leaves very early Wednesday a.m. to catch a flight at 7:55 a.m.

The gang minus Matthew went to the show mid afternoon; their tickets are now in the opening weekend numbers for Zootopia, the latest Disney animated movie.

We hit the SYC for dinner; the kids didn't eat much as they'd filled up with popcorn earlier.  We could have ordered one hot dog for the three of them and had leftovers.

Before dinner I took Matthew and Cassie out for a walk.  He was having a mini-meltdown but the stroller did the job with lots to see; good distraction.  Waiting for dinner, I walked the SYC premises with Matthew following, curing him of fussiness again.  He's got a little bit of a cold.  He's keen on following me around; not keen on being picked up or holding hands; a very independent little kid.

Sheryl hasn't been over yet; she's got a cold.  Hopefully she'll make it over today or tomorrow, cold notwithstanding.

Cassie wants to lick Matthew constantly; even more so if he has sunscreen on.  She also chewed up one of the Duplo-like big blocks -- a blue one -- which showed up as she upchucked her dinner.  Sandy came into the bedroom to tell me what MY dog had done.  Naturally she's fine this morning; dogs cannot relate cause and effect if there are hours in between, no matter how much you try and tell them.  Many people are like that too ...

I'm still going to the gym most mornings; missed on Sunday though as I got up too late.  I work on my abs and lower back muscles with three different machines; another machine doing upright presses; another for row.  This morning I also used the leg press machine.  I like to do the pull down but it bothers my shoulder so I take it easy on arms-over-head motion.

Today, hopefully, we'll get out in the boat.  If not today, then tomorrow but I'd rather take advantage of a nice day when it presents itself.  Tomorrow, hopefully (or today), perhaps, motorcycle to Main Street.

What else ?  Wednesday I have to get back into the cycle routine.

Onward ?
