Jessica told me that I was breaking the rules; that I was a rule breaker ...
That's what I get for training the same muscles the day after she's given me a real workout. It's something like doing a 1200k -- you beat yourself up the first day; sore as anything, and then you get on the bike again a few hours later; four days in a row. By the end of it, you're feeling stronger.
I've been going to the gym most every day. I'm now working with Jessica three days a week -- perhaps that's too much but I want to see where that gets me. In particular, I want to see if that produces lasting pain ... (which I don't want).
David headed off yesterday with the girls. He'd taken Megan to breakfast earlier. I went to Orlando (Winter Park) for a visit to Performance Bike. I'm trying new shoes and found a variety of things that I added to my bag -- new helmet and arm & leg warmers, an additional pair of gloves -- some of my stuff is getting pretty worn.
Traffic was awful heading northeast through and out of Orlando. They weren't all heading to NSB, rather I think that most of them were heading north as it's the end of March. The snowbirds were heading home.
We had scallops for dinner; a treat. For most of our married life (and probably before), Sandy didn't like scallops; now she's getting the hang of cooking them. She cooks them like shrimp.
The girls are headed to Epcot today.
Onward !
