Just my lab tests, some small surprises, but then I don't know what the typical variance is in some of these numbers.
In spite of all the cheese and yogurt that I eat, my "bad" cholesterol is down, well down from last year. My total cholesterol is up marginally, so it must be the olive oil, guacamole, coconut oil etc. providing good cholesterol. That's great !Monday, November 28, 2016
