Dec 5 - happy birthday

I can't begin to describe the discomfort involved in spending 1:15 inside an MRI tube with a large camera up your ... sorry, but that's as graphic as I'm going to get.  UGH !!

No movement, loud noise, no sense of time, very uncomfortable -- it's enough to drive one stark raving mad !

Not only that, but I was hungry.  I opted for no sedation, of course ... got out of the building at 2pm, was quite happy that my brunch was awaiting me in my car !

I wasn't sure if I would be ready for Disney after the upcoming procedure but after it was over, I wanted to put as much reality-space (or virtual) between that and moving on.  Nothing breaks with the real world like Disney !

I got to Disney around 4:30, found a space to sit and relax, caught up with email and then joined Sandy and Marda for dinner around 5:30.  We did Tiffins again, what a treat. 

Yes, it was a memorable day.  I won't forget that birthday soon !
