Jan 11 - off to the keys

Well, not on the 11th but this a.m. on the 12th, Stef and Aaron that is, in their nice black rented Jetta.

They did some boarding out front with the dolphins and then Sandy went into our little town with Stef shopping.  Aaron went out for another SUP.  There were many dolphins out there, quite impressive.

I went for a bike ride, north this time into a cross headwind and then south into a cross headwind.  I hate it when it does that.  However, my legs felt a whole lot better than the first trip out, happy to say.

I think that I'm ready for the Sunshine 1200k registration that happens Sunday night at midnight (actually Monday at 12:01 a.m.).  I don't expect it to fill up but I'll be keeping an eye on it anyway.

Not too much later on Monday, I'll head to Tavares to do a 300k with Paul.  At least I can finish a 300k in/on the same day; 400k not so much.

I guess that's it ... no specific plans for today but perhaps I'll ride again.   I need it !
