We had a few cool days in a row so there was no biking for this person. 42F and strong winds don't sound like fun. I did get out with Cassie yesterday as the temperature approached 60. The ICW temperature has fallen from 74F to 61F with the cool nights. It will start to climb again in the next few days. All that shallow water in the lagoon warms up quickly, and cools down quickly.
Bike week is upon us. Many will be roaring into town today. I'll have to coordinate with Jim & Sheryl and make a trip into Daytona this upcoming week. If we get a north wind, I'll be out there among them on my quiet bike.
I took advantage of the cool weather and got a few things done for the 1200k that I run in May. Organizing volunteers, signing a contract (and paying money) for Key West rooms, booking a trailer and I'm about to order t-shirts.
