For 24 hours ...
Sandy took Joyce to the airport for her 9pm flight and they had dinner there. I went into Tavares for the end of the 200k and had dinner with Paul Rozelle. Cassie came along for the ride.
I busied myself tying off loose ends re the Sunshine ride, RUSA stuff, made an eye appointment etc. etc.
Oh yes, and we had our annual Lost Channel Local Roads Board budget meeting. Exciting stuff ! Here's an interesting factoid - in the prior winter season we spent around 6k on snowplowing. This past winter we spent 35k. OUCH ! Did we get snow or what !
Cassie got a trip to the sandbar. The water temp is up around 79F but that can change (down) pretty quickly.
