Aug 28 - off to Praha

For some reason Waze wanted to take us the long way. I'm wondering whether it was insisting that we purchase the vignette through it. At any rate, we are now in Czech Republic. Sandy loves Prague. In many ways it's much more interesting than Berlin. Prague wasn't bombed ...

Duck and pork seem to be the staples. I had a massive amount of food at dinner last night with the so-called roasted pig knuckle. Would that be a knee ? It was huge and fatty of course. I ate almost all the meat and a second veggie dinner to get my veggies. That was interesting - a baked layered affair with eggplant, zucchini and peppers. Lots and lots of bread with both dinners that were left behind. Sandy had duck that I swear tasted like liver. I guess it's all mental because she liked it.

In our short ramble after we arrived she spotted Swan Lake so that's our destination tonight. We already have our hop on hop off tickets for this am.

I suspect that we will stay here three nights instead of two. That's ok.

Meanwhile back at the FL ranch a hurricane has taken aim at our house. Time will tell but nothing we can do.
