Mass at St. Stephens, a beautiful church. The downtown area is undergoing major refurbishment, an interesting combination of new and old.
It's hot. Oppressive. We did the obligatory hop on / hop off and didn't do any hopping. Although the bus claims that it's stopping for a picture taking opportunity, I think that it's a smoke break. Everyone smokes. All the young people. It's like third world.
After a hotel room heat break, we did a bridge circuit, cooled off again and then had dinner at the same restaurant, fancy cabbage rolls this time.
I've been using Apple Pay constantly with my BofA Visa. Everyone takes it. In fact, at one C-Store on the highway a large sign announced that it takes bank and fuel cards only, no cash. Waving my phone at the reader is so simple and secure. No pin. No signature. Thumbprint only. I could leave my wallet in the hotel room safe. I like it. I'm hooked.
We had rain overnight. The heat has broken. We leave for Vienna today. I'm pretty much ready to head home but we've got more time and adventures planned.
As Jason said, carry on carrying on. We will. Someone has to do it.
In the meantime, we watch Dorian.
