Not surprising, I guess. Insurance is still the hot issue. I've gotten in a couple/few rides in the meantime, did some bike maintenance yesterday, etc etc. It's going to be busy like this until we head to Thailand and then we'll have another kind of busy.
We went to Passport Health a couple of days ago and had our first Japanese Encephalitis shot. We then found out that it was a series of two and that it's just as expensive, per shot, as Rabies. At this point we're locked in the vaccination dance - go back on Monday for the final round of that one.
Sandy has had a couple of Dr appointments to see about her throat and a persistent cough and finds out that she has some residual acid reflux that should be cleared up with a prescription.
Sandy is fully into her training - out there with Cassie pounding the pavement carrying her backpack. She's doing a better job than me prepping for Thailand and being organized with activities once there.
I've got a 200k & 300k this coming weekend. That's my serious training. Jerry is coming tomorrow evening and we'll head over together, staying over in Tavares between rides. Working out of Macon GA, he's got a long drive to and fro (or fro and to).
Onward !
