Still in a fog; still irritated. Sandy had the patch removed (a small contact lens-like cover for a scratch) and all seemed ok but later in the day she went back to Total Vision to have it replaced. Her eye was continually watering. She's not reporting any clearer vision but I suspect that the change is gradual and hard to notice. There are still large floaters - bugs - that she sees. No no-see-ums here !
She's due in DeLand on Friday to have another go at removing the patch.
In the meantime, I went for a bike ride, trying to get my butt in shape for the 400k on Saturday. We're supposed to have a record high today and hopefully I'll get out again. Jerry will be driving down from Macon GA and I expect that he, Paul and I will ride the 400k together.
Jerry is in the same rainy swath that is hitting Myrtle Beach so he's not getting in any riding this week.
We are supposed to be eating Thai tonight with Harris and Debbie. That will be interesting !
