Apr 26-May 11 - one odyssey after another

3400.1 miles to the cottage, to parry sound, to the cottage, to Dulles VA, to FL. Lots of driving. In the middle of that, a 1200k. Cold, windy, wet, everything but hot. A good group, 11 of us that seems more like a main event than a pre-ride, but not my deal, not my setup. Hamid and Shab did a great job, ably assisted by Misha and Jose, Luke added on the fly (one of the 11). 

I stayed with Jason and Lorraine in the way south from the cottage. That was a pleasant interlude. David and Vanda were up for the weekend and got the gazebo squared away, the docks in place. I addressed the generator issue, replacing the starter battery and installing the WiFi monitoring kit. 

Matthew and Zoe are here now. Jeffrey et al back from their cruise on Saturday. We're still of mixed mind re Madrid. My ride was cancelled but we'd have a good time anyway. Everything is pressing in, schedule wise. 

We shall see.
