Apr 4 - McD’s

NZ seems to have the most McD's per capita in the world, or at least the parts of the world that we've visited.  They aren't fast food either.  Wherever you go and order coffee, plan to sit down and wait.  

I'm at the Welly airport. Like 5 hours ahead of boarding time. I didn't feel like spending more time in my hotel room. 

Nice airport.  Wish I was taking the ferry though. Seems that I would have had to book the ferry before I was even certain that I was going to NZ. I could have done the walk-on but car rentals were very limited and expensive at Picton, the ferry location South Island.
